EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

Return Conditions Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: items that have been used or damaged after delivery, and items not in their original packaging.

Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and either replace the item or issue a full refund.
