SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with SWEEPET. We want to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Timeframes

• Domestic delivery: 3–7 business days
• European Union: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Customs & Duties As we ship from outside the EU, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at your store's contact email so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
